The American Association of Crystal Growth & Epitaxy Conference is coming up, & for those vendors who wish to participate, the Conference would certainly appreciate your support. Although it is VIRTUAL this year, we have made the cost of this very attractive for vendors to still be involved in the conference.
For $400, there will be a Vendor Section where your company name & logo will be available for people to access. Each vendor will have a ‘folder,’ where inside you can upload a lot of files for people to view. Pictures of your product/s, brochures, website & social media links, contact information (Email & PH#), even videos will be able to uploaded to your vendor folder. Also, with your participation, you will receive one registration to the conference talks.
We are working with a company called UNDERLINE who is organizing the online platform for the conference.
They have made it rather easy for the vendors to participate & have files uploaded to their folders. So, for this to happen, interested vendors will need to do the following:
Reserve a space by submitting $400 USD payment to AACG Headquarters by check or credit card. To pay via check, make payable and submit to: AACG, 10922 Main Range Trail, Littleton, CO 80127, USA. To pay via credit card, please pay via PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org (or request a Paypal invoice by emailing email@example.com).
Once the payment is received, you will receive a link to the virtual organizing company with instructions how to upload your files to your specific vendor folder. Simply proceed from here & you will now be a part of the conference. It’s that simple.
